Goods made from best quality synthetic material.
In this moment our saten and rest of the materials are made from synthetic fabric, but if on the market is possible to get natural material,
than models can be ordered in natural materials.
This must be agreed and recharged, depending on the model and the means used material.
Methods of payment and collection of goods
Payments can only advance to the bank account of the "Basic-Projekt d.o.o."
Goods are produced upon receipt of money on account of the "Basic-projekt d.o.o.".
Production of each product takes 3-5 days, delivery can last from about 7-10 days.
Price does not include shipping cost.
Complaints
If a complaint on the purchased product (error on the goods, inadequate size or color) the buyer is entitled to a replacement product or refund within eight days from the date of delivery.
Complaint should be submitted in writing within 8 days from the date of receipt by mail or email.
Goods sent back must be properly packaged, undamaged and complete.
If the goods are damaged or incomplete complaints will not be accepted.
"Basic projekt d.o.o." can not accept any complaints on a product if a customer ordered the wrong size, color or model.
All prices are with VAT included. Pictures of products may deviate from the actual situation, depending on availability of materials and color.
"Basic projekt d.o.o." reserves the right to change the look of packaging.
